To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you must contact us using our contact form. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We process all approved refund requests within 24 hours. Please remember it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too (as this is on the bank's side, this timing is out of our control). Please note that any shipping costs are non-refundable.
Make sure that when you place your order, the address is correct and deliverable by the USPS. Any orders returned to us due to being undelivered with incur a 25% fee, regardless of whether or not the item eventually reaches you. The fee is charged because the USPS also charges a fee for undelivered packages.
Cancelling or Changing your Order:
All orders are processed within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel your order, you must send an email within 12 hours of your purchase so that we can communicate it with our warehouse promptly. All orders that are already processed and shipped cannot be cancelled.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately through our form (or email) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Due to shipment issues that occur out of our control, we are not liable for damage to the packaging that occur during transit.
