Shipping Policy

After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.

The order processing time might take up to 1-3 business days, and includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.

While most of our orders take 1-3 weeks to ship, COVID-19 has made shipping times unpredictable. As a result, we have implemented a risk-free shipping policy for our customers. If your package shows no movement from UPS/USPS (or your local courier) for 14 days (21 days for international shipments), we will resend the product to you at no extra cost to you. Just contact support to bring it to our attention.
