Make sure to remove the plastic insulate tab before use. If the light still does not turn on, lightly tap the microscope against a hard surface.

If the light still does not turn on, it means the battery is dead. Use a screwdriver to remove the bottom cap and replace the batteries (the batteries are LR-44 batteries).

If the LED still does not turn on, please contact us and we'll resolve your issue right away!

We give a grace period of 2 weeks because usually un-updated Tracking IDs just means the shipping carrier forgot to scan the package.
